MOPS

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) International exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of a preschooler to realize her potential as a woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus. Stapleton MOPS joins the mission with Stapleton Church to help mothers follow Jesus. MOPS is a non-denominational Christian organization for all mothers with at least one child who is 5 years old or younger. Our group consists of moms from the surrounding area who desire to build friendships, learn valuable parenting information and have fun!

This year's MOPS International theme is “Find Your Fire."

"Never let the fire go out … When you hope, be joyful. When you suffer, be patient. When you pray, be faithful. Share with God’s people who are in need. Welcome others into your homes.”

– Romans 12:11-13 (NIrV)

Fire is a tool utilized only by human beings. Since the beginning of time, humans have congregated around its warmth for light, protection and company. Every other creature on the planet fears fire, but we’ve been given the unique ability to harness it, to use its power to improve our lives. Not only that, but poets and artists have used fire to describe the God-given spark that wakes us up in the morning and fuels our purpose and passion. Whatever the context, fire is not to be ignored.

Sisters, this is a year we will tend the fire in our hearts. In order to do this we will:

LIVE EXPECTANTLY,  SURRENDER DARINGLY AND BREATHE FREELY … MAY THIS BE THE YEAR YOU FIND YOUR FIRE!

MOPS Meetings

A typical MOPS meeting includes breakfast, a devotional, announcements, a speaker or an activity and small-group discussion. We also work on service projects that our Community Outreach Team leads throughout the year. While moms take time to be spiritually fed and supported by other moms sharing a similar journey, children have fun in a Christ-centered playgroup upstairs in MOPS Kids.

Membership Costs

Your first meeting is free. Please join us on September 21st.

The total annual cost for MOPS is $231.95. Please note that scholarships and payment plans are available.

The MOPS International membership fee for one year is $31.95. To join our Stapleton MOPS group, register through MOPS International at https://www.mops.org/join/ and use group code 1RN0 (oneRNzero).
