What is a service like?
Stapleton Church meets in a remodeled airplane hangar, Hangar 61. Once you walk in, you will be welcomed. If you have kids, check in to the Children’s Ministry to the left. Complimentary coffee and refreshments are available in our cafe. Then, enter the auditorium (called the Lift) where we hold our services. Each service lasts about one hour and 15 minutes. It includes contemporary music to connect you with God and an engaging message from the Bible. Dress is casual. Everyone is welcome.
What do you have for kids?
Stapleton Church has a safe and vibrant children’s ministry for children birth through fifth grade. It's called Elevate. Not only do we provide a secure check-in/checkout procedure, every worker has passed a background check. Our nursery is clean and secure, and staffed with caring volunteers. Upon check-in, every parent receives a tag with an ID number that is used for checkout. We can also flash this number on the screens in the auditorium in case your little one needs you. Preschool, kindergarten and elementary-age children enjoy fun crafts, songs and Bible teaching in their classes.
Have a child with special needs? We understand that attending church can be challenging for parents of special needs children. We desire to partner with parents of special needs children. Please feel free to contact us prior to attending so we can better understand your situation, talk about any concerns you might have and set up your child with a co-pilot. Each child is unique, so we want to create an experience you and your child will love.
Middle and highschool students are encouraged to attend worship services with their families. Turbulence, a student specific gathering, meets every Wednesday from 6-8 p.m.
Can we meet the leadership?
Generally, our staff and leaders are outside or in the halls shaking hands after the services, and we are excited to meet new people. In addition, every other month, we host a New Friends Lunch (NFL), which meets in the auditorium following the 10:45 service (around 12:15 p.m.). NFL is an opportunity for you to meet our staff and leaders as well as some other attenders, while sharing a great meal.
